We treat each job as unique. We fully discuss your requirements, and provide you with a free, no-obligation quotation for the service you require, based upon your individual needs. Our charges can be reclaimed against tax, and our initial discussion/meeting is free. Once a price has been agreed, our clients are provided with a copy of our Terms & Conditions and an agreement setting out the work to be done and the time scale. There is no VAT.
If you require regular support, we offer discounted rates with our retainer packages, starting with a 5% discount for a regular booking of 10 hours per month.
Unlike using a “temp”, with Office Stuff you get the same standard of service whatever job you give us to do. We can step in quickly for however short a period of time you require our help, and because of our wealth of experience there is no training or induction period required, saving you time and money. If you need our help again, we’ll give you continuity by ensuring the same person looks after you.

We provide a local service to businesses within a 25 mile radius of our office, to include Newtown, Aberystwyth, Llandrindod Wells and places in between. We do go further afield, but will need to make a charge for travel.
Audio Transcription
We provide a fast and accurate digital audio transcription service, for which we charge between £1.00 and £1.50 per audio minute, depending on the clarity of the recording. Please ask us for further details.
